Ensuring Bold Park Community School is a safe, inclusive and nurturing space for our students and their families is always our top priority.
The recent news that Paul Whitehead has been arrested and charged with several serious offences has come as a shock.
Our many dedicated educators and support staff share a deep commitment to delivering exceptional education within a safe and nurturing environment. The support we have seen within and around our community has been heart-warming.
The school leadership have been communicating closely with WA Police, who have confirmed that the charges do not relate to students at Bold Park Primary School. We do not have further details about the case and court hearing.
We understand that families, past and present, may be distressed by the situation and have many questions and concerns.
We stand with everyone impacted by this situation and will do all we can to support and uphold the school’s integrity.
Our current focus is on supporting our staff, students and families and ensuring Bold Park Community School maintains its high standards and enriching education environment.
Ms Felicity Kinsella has been our Acting Principal over the past six months and will continue in this role while we navigate this challenging situation. The School Board has every confidence in her ability to lead our school.
